AB Agri Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of LeafTc Ltd.
LeafTc Ltd has become part of AB Sustain (absustain.com), a division of AB Agri Ltd (abagri.com), the agriculture group of Associated British Foods.
AB Sustain specialises in working with clients to design, develop and deliver sustainable agricultural supply chain solutions.
The name LeafTc will be retained, and the Social Responsibility in Tobacco Production (SRTP) programme, managed for major clients in the tobacco industry, will be completely unaffected by this change. The existing staff of LeafTc Ltd will continue to provide the same service to their clients and their leaf suppliers as in the past.
This move will facilitate the development of systems operated by LeafTc Ltd for clients inside the tobacco industry, and for new clients outside of the industry with extended agricultural supply chains.
CSR Management Services
LeafTc provides a specialist, bespoke service to Manufacturers, Wholesalers & Retailers who already have or are developing a Corporate Social Responsibility Programme (CSR).
Monitoring and On Site Reviews of Suppliers in the agricultural sector in relation to their performance in Social Responsibility in the production of raw materials or finished goods are the major services we provide.
We specialise in systems which promote continuous improvement in Social Responsibility in the Supply Chain. Most of our clients use our in-house Social Responsibility system SRTP. However, other systems have also been shown to be effective and our SRTP programme and service can be tailored to suit the needs of particular customers.
